Tips Memilih PSU (Power Supply Unit)

Berikut ini ada beberapa tips memilih PSU yang aku dapet dari buku ITC. Mungkin bermanfaat buat kamu yang mau beli PSU agar ga' salah pilih:
* Jangan tertipu dengan label. Sekarang ini banyak merk-merk PSU (Power Supply Unit) yang menuliskan daya yang dibesar-besarkan, yang dalam pengukurannya pada saat belum full load.
Dan disaat full loadsuhu PSU akan naik sekitar 15 derajat celcius yang akan menurunkan daya maksimalnya hingga 33%-50% dari daya yang ditulis di label. Carilah PSU yang true power (tidak melebih-lebihkan dayanya tapi justru menurunkan dengan menuliskan di label PSU yang lebih rendah ratingnya dan biasanya daya yang dihasilkan lebih stabil).

* Pilih PSU yang sudah punya sertifikasi 80 plus. Suatu pengujian produk PSU yang mempunyai efektifitas di atas 80%. Jadi PSU ini akan membuang daya untuk panas maksimal hanya 20%. Tentunya ini akan membuat PSU tidak cepat panas, tidak bosor listrik, dan tidak bising karena tidak memerlukan kipas yang terlalu besar.

* Lihat kelengkapan dari konektor-konektornya. Semakin lengkap semakin bagus karena jika kita menambah ripherial baru yang memerlukan koneksi dari PSU, kita tidak perlu mengganti PSU.

* Jika Anda menginginkan tampilan yang tidak semrawut, silahkan pilih PSU yang mempunyai jenis konektor modular kabel.

Kawan, sejauh mana tingkatan mendengar kamu saat diajak bicara orang lain?

TINGKATAN MENDENGAR
¤ Mengabaikan ~tidak berusaha mendengar
¤ Pura-pura Mendengar ~berbuat seolah-olah mendengar
¤ Mendengar Secara Selektif ~mendengar hanya pada bagian-bagian penting saja.
¤ Mendengar dengan Penuh Perhatian ~memberi perhatian dan fokus pada apa yang dikatakan si pembicara dan membandingkan dengan pengalaman sendiri
¤ Mendengar Aktif ~Mendengar dan merespon dengan hati maupun pikiran untuk mengerti perkataan, maksud dan perasaan si pembicara

MENDENGAR AKTIF
Proses komunikasi lengkap untuk mengungkap kembali pesan yang disampaikan ORANG LAIN, dan memeriksa ulang apakah penangkapan dan pengertian kita sudah sama dengan ORANG LAIN.

TUJUAN MENDENGAR AKTIF
¤ Membantu orang lain beralih dari masalah yang tampak ke masalah yang lebih mendasar
¤ Mencegah kita memberikan pemecahan masalah
¤ Membantu lawan bicara memecahkan masalah secara mandiri
¤ Merangsang terbentuknya hubungan yang lebih hangat.

Mengapa kita perlu tahu apa itu mendengar aktif?
Kadang kita mendengar kawan atau siapapun menyampaikan keluh kesahnya alias curhat sama kita. Namun, terkadang sebenarnya orang yang curhat sama kita tuh udah tau solusinya sendiri. Hanya mereka ingin mengeluarkan uneg2 di kepalanya.
Atau contoh permasalahan lainnya. Tentu kamu pernah punya masalah, cerita sama temen, tapi kamu malah ga' terima saat mereka kasih saran. Ya kan? Ngaku aja deh...
Itulah pentingnya untuk bisa MENDENGAR AKTIF. Saat kita punya masalah, terkadang kita nggak pengin dikasih solusi sama orang lain, mungkin saat itu kita hanya butuh waktu untuk memecahkannya.
Masih banyak permasalahan lain sehingga kita harus mendengar aktif.

Orang lain: "Aku bener-bener nggak kerasan ngekost di sini, aku susah tidur. Kamar kost sebelah kalau nyetel musik kerasnya minta ampiun. Aku mau cari kost yang sepi, kalau perlu dekat kuburan".
Kita: "Kamu sangat jengkel karena terganggu dengan suara musik dari kamar sebelah ya...?"


Mungkin pesanku adalah kalau nggak harus banget, sebaiknya jangan ngasih solusi sebelu yang bicara sama kita nggak memintanya agar nggak dikira sok...

To find out if your website is indexed by Google or not, you can check it by typing your domain name on Google or in other words your domain as a keyword or keyword search. If your site has been indexed, you can check with the keywords that relate to your content. Does your website appear on the first page? if not, you can take some action to improve the position of your website like to exchange links with other website owners because of the workings of Google to give an assessment on a website if the website is appropriate in place of the first page or not is to assess how many links that lead on your website. The more links that point to your website the higher your position in search engines.
